Eliana celebrated her pop-art themed batmitzvah party at the BA Bayit in Salford.
I know the Bayit well, having not just spent plenty of time there in my youth, but having also played for – and managed – the BA table-tennis, and indeed played many a game in the very hall I now found myself working in.
This wasn’t my first Walker function, so I already knew what a fun, outgoing family they are, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t surprised and impressed in equal measure by the impromptu Michael Jackson ‘Thriller’ routine they all spontaneously took part in in the car park.
Back inside, DJ Jeff of Mixed Up Music soon got the party started, with Eliana making her way straight onto the dancefloor, and specifically the traditional chair-above-the-dancefloor hoist.
Cue a lot of spinning, jumping, and general dancing craziness as everyone got thoroughly into the merriments.
