Zoe and Calvin celebrated their incredible wedding at Cheshire’s Wrenbury Hall.
It was my first time at Wrenbury Hall, a beautiful stately home with oak floors, roaring fires, luxurious furnishings and elegant chandeliers in almost every room, making it a perfect venue for such an occasion.
My day began early at Zoe’s busy bridal prep, with lots of bridesmaids and family members constantly popping in and out.
Not too long after, Calvin arrived with his brother-turned-best-man and dad in tow, and before I knew it the gents were suited and booted and heading for the tisch as I went back to the bridal prep to capture Zoe having her final touches done.
The ceremony itself was beautiful, and the aisle and chuppah both looked spectacular courtesy of the brilliant Verdure Floral Design.
Although the rain did decide to make an appearance, it couldn’t get close to dampening spirits, as clearly evidenced as soon as the couple made their way onto the dancefloor.
And so the chaos began….with so much going on in every direction, with so many bodies swinging, turning, jumping and dancing, and just so much fun being had, I came off the dancefloor at the end a rather sweaty mess, I have to concede. Mmmmmm.
But then, with Under the Covers Function Band provided the music, I really shouldn’t have been too surprised….as always, they kept the dancefloor both full and very energetic.
The speeches themselves were highly amusing – with a special guest appearance by Winnie the Pooh - and clearly meaningful to the couple and their friends.
And when an atmosphere is as electric as it was the entire day and night, I think its fair to say every note was hit perfectly.
Another huge congrats to the newlyweds!
