Vink UK 50th Anniversary Celebration - Royal Armouries, Leeds
A landmark corporate celebration marking 50 years of Vink UK.
Rather than a formal dinner, this was a lively, fun-filled evening fairground-style games, live music and plenty of dancing. I captured the energy throughout, from the brief speeches and guests arriving to the genuine enjoyment that carried on well into the night.
The gallery reflected an anniversary celebration that was less about ceremony and more about bringing people together to mark a real milestone.
Manchester University Law Society Summer Ball | Peckforton Castle
Every year, the Manchester University Law Society Summer Ball gives students the opportunity to celebrate the end of the academic year in spectacular surroundings, and few venues are more impressive than Peckforton Castle.
From champagne receptions and formal dining through to live entertainment and a lively dance floor, the evening combined the elegance of a black-tie gala with the energy of a student celebration. Photographing events like this requires balancing documentary coverage with the pace of a constantly changing evening, ensuring the formal moments, candid interactions and unforgettable celebrations are all captured naturally.
Throughout the event I documented guest arrivals, venue details, speeches, entertainment, group photographs and countless candid moments between friends, creating a gallery that reflected both the grandeur of the venue and the excitement of the occasion.

King David School Production of Grease
Live theatre presents a completely different set of challenges from most events.
Lighting changes from scene to scene, performers move quickly across the stage and every important moment happens only once. Capturing sharp, expressive photographs without interrupting the performance requires experience, anticipation and an understanding of how theatre unfolds.
During King David High School's production of Grease, my focus was on documenting not only the principal cast and iconic musical numbers, but also the emotion, energy and atmosphere that made the performance so memorable. Alongside the stage action, I photographed audience reactions, dramatic lighting, choreography and the moments that helped tell the story of the production as a whole.
The finished gallery celebrated the incredible work of the performers, musicians and production team, while providing lasting memories for pupils, parents and staff alike.
